Description
Description
Circus LED is specially designed to withstand the rigours of everyday use in industrial and manufacturing applications where foreign object debris (FOD) is a concern.
The fully enclosed neck and internal spring-balanced arm make the Circus LED ideal for environments where cleanliness and sanitation are sought.
No knobs to tighten, nothing to adjust. Circus LED has a highly flexible, self-balancing lamp head allowing it to be positioned vertically, horizontally and laterally.
Circus LED bench magnifiers incorporate the same design excellence adopted throughout Vision Engineering’s award-winning stereo microscopes, providing maximum clarity, flexibility and stability.
Our Vision LUXO magnifiers are specially designed to always stay in the right position without drifting. The arms are balanced by spring systems which ensure smooth and easy positioning – no knobs to tighten, nothing to adjust.

FAQ's
What is the difference between 3D and 3X?
What is the difference between 3D and 3X?
Dioptre is the most common unit used for expressing magnification for low magnification optical systems sich as bench magnifiers. It is the same term as is encountered at the optician when calculating magnification for spectacles. 1 dioptre adds 0.25x in magnification. So 3D (3 dioptres) is normal magnification plus 3 lots of 0.25 = 1.75x.
What if I can’t fit the edge clamp to my desk?
What if I can’t fit the edge clamp to my desk?
The edge clamp has an opening of approximately 55mm. If a desk is too thick for the edge clamp, table bushing and surface mounts are also available.
What is the shadeneck?
What is the shadeneck?
The shadeneck is the design feature which covers the neck mechanism with a special gator to prevent FOD falling on the subject. The shadeneck removes the need for locking screws and knobs as it perfectly balances the head whatever the position.
